Use of the System Operator tier ($697/mo) requires identity verification. We only authorize professional operators.
Node Termination
Misuse of autonomous lead generation for spam or illegal activity results in immediate node termination without refund.
System Integrity
Operators are responsible for the security of their local hardware and Cloudflare tunnel keys.
Zero Liability
Spooky Network LLC provides tools, not strategy. We are not liable for any financial outcomes of autonomous missions.
Tactical Compliance
Spooky Network LLC provides specialized infrastructure for autonomous lead intelligence. The "Sovereign Bridge" is a tool for professional operators; any attempt to utilize the network for malicious traffic, DDoS orchestration, or industrial-scale spam will lead to an immediate and permanent hardware-hash ban across the grid.
The "System Operator" tier is restricted to verified entities. Identity verification is mandatory to prevent node spoofing and ensure accountability across the decentralized mesh.
