Miguel "MikeReefs" Hernandez is the Founder and Chief Architect of Spooky Network Unltd, a Milwaukee-based enterprise engineering firm specializing in sovereign AI execution systems, decentralized intelligence meshes, and hardened cybersecurity architectures.

With over a decade of hands-on experience in full-stack software development, automated systems design, and Web3 security analysis, Miguel has built a reputation for designing mission-critical architectures that prioritize data sovereignty, deterministic execution, and long-term infrastructure resilience. Prior to founding Spooky Network, he served as a systems consultant, advising firms on threat intelligence, secure pipeline engineering, and state-recovery mechanisms in distributed environments.

Under his leadership, Spooky Network has grown from a specialized research operation into a multi-product ecosystem. He is the principal designer behind Spooky Kraken—an autonomous agent orchestration protocol—as well as Kraken Code and Spooky Corals, which provide the high-performance interfaces and physical telemetry hosting that sustain the network's operations.
